Welcome
Beyond awareness, into action
Neurodiversity UK helps organisations move beyond awareness and into action. Our training gives people the confidence, language and practical tools to support neurodivergent colleagues well, while our coaching helps individuals understand how they work, build on their strengths and put strategies in place that genuinely help.
We are proud to be a social enterprise, rooted in the neurodivergent community allowing us to see first-hand the challenges people face, and how important the right support at work can be.

What changes when support is done well
Coaching, assessments and training each lead somewhere different. These are the outcomes people tell us matter most: at work, at home and in how they understand themselves.
Neurodiversity UK worked closely with us in advance, encouraging us to provide our own case studies. This made the training highly relevant and grounded in real workplace scenarios, which really resonated with our managers. The presenter brought the content to life through honest reflection and real-life anecdotes, including their own experiences, which made the learning particularly impactful and credible. Importantly, the training struck a strong balance between raising awareness and supporting managers in their role.

How we work
Principles that shape every session
Need-led, not label-led
Two people with the same diagnosis may need very different things. We start with what is happening at work.
Lived experience at the core
We are a social enterprise rooted in the neurodivergent community, with peer support groups and a national directory.
Practical over theoretical
Every session ends with language, tools and next steps people can apply the following morning.
